 In this piece we learn faith is a requirement after any major change in life events- whether it was brought on from our own decisions, or from things outside of our control. Once we have done everything in our power, we have to let Faith take care of the rest.

This digital painting was created in Procreate, and directly follows in sequential order, its prior digital painting "A Shot in the Dark".  This is where after taking a chance, or "shooting her shot," what seemed to be an arrow, spreads its wings and the figure realizes the light is a bird with a life of its own. The light's source is in the center of her chest, and the once dark space surrounding her, is illuminated.
